Support schedule

The courses on the platform are supported by a group of awesome teaching assistants (TAs). The TAs are available to help you with any questions you might have about the course content or assignments.

From 20th of January to 29th of April, 2025, the on-campus support times are as follows:

T5 and T6 are in the Aalto CS building.

During the following weeks, no support is available:

The Zoom link for the online support is available on the (unofficial) Slack channel. TAs and other course participants may answer your questions on Slack. Note that answering questions on Slack is voluntary, and not all TAs are available at all times. Hence, if you have a question, please ask it on the public channel. If you do not get an answer, you may try asking again later.

Like Aalto University, the Slack channel is a harassment-free space. Please be respectful to others and follow the guidelines of the Aalto University Code of Conduct.

You may join the Slack channel by clicking here. Note that there are course-specific channels in the Slack workspace. Please use the channel that corresponds to the course you are taking.

When asking questions on Slack, ask them on the public channel so that others will also benefit from the answers. Please send private messages only when a TA asks you to do so.

The support hours are intended for the courses on this platform. TAs may be able to help with issues related to other courses as well, but they may not be able to help with all issues.
